William Withrow – Attorney Thurman appeared for the Defendant and was granted a continuance to January 11, 2024, at 1 PM.  Withrow is charged with Driving on a Revoked License (Class 4 Felony) and Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License (Class A Misdemeanor) for 2023CF233, Resisting a Peace Officer for 2023CM196,  Obstructing (Class A Misdemeanor) for 2023CM89, Criminal Trespass to Real Property (Class B Misdemeanor) and Criminal Damage to Property (Class A Misdemeanor).  Read more here.  A First Appearance for the Trespass and Property Charges is scheduled for January 8, 2024, at 9 AM.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 1 PM.

Nicole Daulton:  Nicole Daulton remains in custody on a $500,000 (10%) bond.   The co-defendant case is still pending.  The Jury Pre-Trial is continued to January 11, 2024, at 9 AM.  Nicole Daulton is charged with three (3) counts of Permitting the Sexual Abuse of a Child (Class 1 Felony).  Daulton is charged for allegedly allowing Melcon DeJesus to sexually abuse her minor child.  DeJesus is charged with four (4) counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child under 13 2021CF96.  Read more here.

Brian Ocampo:  There are still some videos to review.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 9 AM.  Ocampo is charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon (Class 4 Felony).  Read more here.

Javon Porter:  Javon Porter remains in custody at the Henry County Jail.   Need more time to finish reviewing discovery.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 9 AM.  Porter is charged with Attempted Murder (Class X Felony), Possession of a Firearm by a Felon (Class 3 Felony), Reckless Discharge of a Firearm (Class 4), and two counts of Aggravated Battery with a Firearm (Class X Felony).  Read more here.

Jessica Lindquist:   A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for February 15, 2024, at 1 PM.  Lindquist is charged with Bringing Contraband into a Penal Institution (Class 1 Felony) and Official Misconduct (Class 3 Felony).  Read more here.

Jeremy Colombani:  Jeremy Colombani remains in the custody of Mary Davis in Galesburg on a $500,000 (10%) bond. The Defense said they are waiting for DNA Testing results to return.  The State needs to speak with the victim’s family but there is a possible settlement to the case.  The Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 1 PM.  Colombani is charged with two (2) counts of First Degree Murder (Class M Felony), Aggravated Battery/Great Bodily Harm (Class 3 Felony), Obstructing Justice/Destroy Evidence (Class 4 Felony) and Mob Action (Class 4 Felony) for case 23CF84.  Colombani is charged with the fatal stabbing of Clifton Parks in Kewanee on April 1st.  Read more here.

Bradley Kelly:  A Plea is scheduled for December 28, 2023, at 2 PM.  Kelly is charged with two (2) counts of Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony), Communicate/Detain Witness (Class 3 Felony), and two (2) counts of Battery/Makes Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor).  Read more here.

Michael Workheiser:  Michael Workheiser remains in custody of the Henry County Jail.  The Defense said they haven’t gotten all the disks from the newest case.  They have all the discovery from the earlier case.  The Defense said that his client should be released because of the delay with the discovery.  The State said the delay was an oversight of unsealed disks.  Judge Patton said the delay does not constitute grounds for the defendant’s release.  Judge Patton said the court can move forward with the earlier case because only one case can go to trial in one week.  Judge Patton denied the request for reconsideration of pretrial detention.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 1 PM.  Workheiser is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class 4 Felony) for 23CF188.  Workheiser is charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon (Class 3 Felony), Possession of a Firearm with a Defaced Serial Number (Class 3 Felony), and Possession of Methamphetamine (Class 3 Felony) for 23CF306.Read more here.

Juan Montemayor:  Due to issues discussed in the Judge’s Chambers, a continuance was granted even though last month was to be the last continuance.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for February 15, 2024, at 1 PM.   Montemayor is charged with Manufacture/Deliver 900+ Grams Fentanyl (Class X Felony), Possession of a Gun by a Felon (Class 3 Felony), and Aggravated Unlawful Use of A Weapon (Class 4 Felony) for case 2022CF188, Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony) and Battery/Makes Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2021CF340 plus various driving violations.  Read more here.

Jacob Boss:  Jacob Boss did not appear at his hearing and his attorney said he doesn’t know where his client is.  However, Jacob Boss had a Preliminary Hearing scheduled for December 18, 2023.  The State requested a Summons be sent to Mr. Boss.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 10 AM.  Boss waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment on December 18th.  Jacob Boss is charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle (Class 2 Felony) for case 2023CF198, Theft <500 from a School/Government (Class 2 Felony) for case 2023CF336, Retail Theft <300 (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CM26, Reckless Driving (Class A Misdemeanor), No Valid Registration (Class P Other), Operate Uninsured Motor Vehicle (Class P Other), Improper Lane Usage (Class P Other) and No Headlights (Class P Other) for case 2023MT770, Operate Uninsured Motor Vehicle for case 2023TR1174, Operate Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Valid Registration for case 2023TR1941, Expired Registration, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Seatbelt by Driver for case 2023TR2422.

Timothy Hopping:  Timothy Hopping remains in the custody of the Henry County Jail.  Timothy Hopping refused to come to court for his Preliminary Hearing on November 27th so a continuance was granted.  Hopping waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment at his Preliminary Hearing on December 11th.  The Defense requested a continuance because of the volume of discovery to review.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 10 AM.  Timothy Hopping is charged with Violate Order of Protection (Class 4 Felony), Obscene Messages/Order of Protection (Class 4 Felony), Violate Order of Protection (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF144, Home Invasion/Sex Offense (Class X Felony), two counts of Criminal Sexual Assault/Force (Class 1 Felony), two counts of Violation of Order of Protection (Class 4 Felony) for case 2023CF337, and Aggravated Battery/Peace Officer (Class 2 Felony) and Resisting (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF364.

Nickolas Ingle:  Nickolas Ingle provided proof that he was treated at OSF Saint Luke during his prior hearing date. A First Appearance was conducted for criminal property damage when his vehicle left the roadway and drove into the Office of Emergency Management building in June.  A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for December 27, 2023, at 1 PM.  Nickolas Ingle is charged with Criminal Damage/$10k-100K (Class 3 Felony) for case 2023CF367 and Driving Under the Influence of Drug (Class A Misdemeanor), Tetrahydrocannabinol Within 2 hours of driving (Class A Misdemeanor), Improper Lane Usage (Class P Other) and Failure to Reduce Speed (Class P Other) for case 2023DT47.  Read more here.

Justin Kirchner:  Justin Kirchner remains in custody on a $500,000 (10%) bond.  Judge Patton instructed the State to look into why the check for the defense expert witness hadn’t been released.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 2 PM.  Kirchner is charged with Aggravated DUI causing a Death (Class 2 Felony), DUI Any Amount of Drug (Class A Misdemeanor) plus traffic tickets for case 2022CF301.  Kirchner is charged with Possession of Meth <5 Grams (Class 3 Felony), Driving on Suspended License (Class A Misdemeanor), Plus traffic citations for case 2023CF92.  Kirchner is charged with Driving on a Suspended License (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023MT28.  Kirchner is charged with Aggravated Fleeing/21 MPH Over (Class 4 Felony), Aggravated Fleeing/2+ Control Devices (Class 4 Felony) and Reckless Driving (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF238.  Read more here.

Dillon Schilling:  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 2 PM.  Dillon Schilling is charged with three counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm (Class 3 Felony), Leaving the Scene of an Accident (Class A Misdemeanor), Failure to Notify Damaged/Unattended Vehicle (Class A Misdemeanor), Failure to Give Notice of a Crash (Class P Other), Transportation of Alcohol by a Driver (Class P Other), Improper Lane Usage (Class P Other) and No Seatbelt (Class P Other).  Read more here.

Justin Kenter:  Justin Kentner remains in custody on a $50,000 (10%).  A Pre-trial Detention Hearing is scheduled for December 27, 2023, at 2 PM in front of Judge Cosby.  Kentner is charged with Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony) and Obstructing Justice/Destroy Evidence (Class 4 Felony) for case 23CF83.  Read more here.

Roxanne Glazier:  The Defense needs to transfer the weapon to the local police department and the police department will send the weapon to the Illinois State Police for Forensic Testing for the defense.  The State said the offer is revoked if the Defense moves forward with testing.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 2 PM.  Glazier is charged with Reckless Discharge of Firearm/Endanger (Class 4 Felony) for case 23CF73.  Read more here.

Shawn Wall:  The defense is aiming to go to trial.  A Final Pre-Trial is scheduled for December 27, 2023, at 10 AM.  Shawn Wall is charged with Aggravated Battery/Nurse (Class 3 Felony) and Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor).  The Henry County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Highway 78 and 400 N for a male subject that is jumping out in front of cars.  The subject fled into a cornfield when law enforcement arrived and a drone was used to locate the subject.  Officers had to tackle the male subject to place him in custody and transport him to OSF Saint Luke for a mental health evaluation.  Shawn Wall was identified as the male subject and he was placed on suicide watch after making suicidal comments.  A nurse was stationed at the door to Mr. Wall’s room because he was placed on suicide watch.  Mr. Wall allegedly knocked the nurse back attempting to leave the room.  Attorney Bruce Carmen argued that his client didn’t know where he was or that the person in the doorway was a nurse.

Kaler Deakin:  The State sent a global offer and the Defense needs to discuss the offer with the defendant.  The Defense also needs to get video evidence from the State.  Judge Patton said this is the last continuance.  The Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for February 15, 2024, at 2 PM.  Deakin is charged with two (2) counts of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon/Vehicle (Class 4 Felony), two (2) counts of Possession of a Firearm (Class 4 Felony), Violation of Bail Bond (Class A Misdemeanor), Violation of Pretrial Release (Class A Misdemeanor) and Transportation of Alcohol (Class P Other) 2023CF12.  Read more here.
