A large power outage has been affecting the Atkinson and Annwan areas today, January 21st, since around noon. The restoration time is 9 AM on Monday, January 22, 2024. Ameren is working on the outage and will work through the night. According to the Ameren Outage Map, over 1400 people are without power, and the cause of the outage is damage from an animal. The Henry County Office of Emergency Management said that Ameren might have a temporary service solution tomorrow morning.
