    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

    Some sporadic wind chills below 30 below may still occur along and north of Hwy 20 this afternoon and late evening.

Richardson pleaded guilty to Possession of a firearm by a felon (Class 2 Felony) and Aggravated Fleeing to Elude (Class 4 Felony) on October 23, 2023, which was the first day of his trial, but potential jurors were excused when the trial was continued to January.  Daylon Richardson faces two counts of First-Degree Murder (Class M Felony).

Daylon Richardson was found guilty of two counts of First Degree Murder by a jury on February 29, 2024.  A sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 24, 2024, at 9 AM.  Richardson is face a natural life sentence.
