    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    Some sporadic wind chills below 30 below may still occur along and north of Hwy 20 this afternoon and late evening.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
    Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.

  • Robert Ulliman of Newark, TX was cited for Speeding 76mph in a 55mph zone

Jan 25

  • Christen Gray-Flatt of Canton was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. Gray-Flatt was travelling SW on RT 100, left the roadway into the ditch, struck a utility pole and came to a rest in the timber line. Gray-Flatt stated he fell asleep and refused medical treatment

  • Beverly Bollinger-Crenshaw was driving a 2015 Kia Sportage and struck a deer RT 24 near Christian Neck Rd

  • Jaylon Betts of Greenville was cited for Speeding 99mph in a 55mph zone

  • David Dikeman of Beardstown was driving a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado and struck a deer on RT 100 near Walton Ln
  • Patricia Layne-Kette of Rushville was driving a 2010 Toyota Van and struck a deer on Ward Rd near Old Airport Rd
