Henry and Stark County Health Department to Host Blood Drive

SHARE NOW

Urging Henry & Stark County residents to roll up their sleeves and help save lives, the local Health Department, in collaboration with the County Office of Emergency Management, has organized a critical blood drive. Set to be hosted at the Health Department’s Kewanee Office on Tuesday, March 5th, it comes in the wake of a nationwide blood shortage. The initiative encourages appointments that can be arranged via phone or email. However, walk-ins are also welcomed during the event. Participants should eat before donating and carry a photo ID. The event underscores the importance of timely action, as your donation could be the difference between life and death for someone.
