Yesterday, State Representative Bradley Fritts (R-Dixon) welcomed Haley Brill and Sam Setchell to the Emerging Women Leaders Event in Springfield. The event consisted of a brunch, listening session, and informational seminars from other women in leadership roles.

“I was thrilled to welcome Haley Brill and Sam Setchell to the Emerging Women Leaders Event today,” said Rep. Fritts. “Both Haley and Sam have accomplished extraordinary things in their work that make our community a better place.”

Haley Brill is one of the owners of Midwestern Clothing Company – a small, local business located in Rochelle. Sam Setchell is the current CEO of the Mendota Chamber of Commerce.

Rep. Fritts concluded, “This event was a great way for Haley, Sam, and dozens of other women from across Illinois to network and learn more from other women who have succeeded in their roles as leaders. I look forward to seeing the future successes of the women who attended today’s event.”

Haley and Sam were two of nearly 60 women from across the state that attended this event. The contributions of these women were also honored by House Republican Leader Tony McCombie.
