    IMPACTS
    The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in 30 minutes or less. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
    Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills inside.

MACOMB, IL – Bomber Baseball is back on the mound tomorrow after a big win against Galesburg on Tuesday night where an explosive 3rd inning helped giving them a strong lead through the rest of the game and close out with an 8-5 win over the Silver Streaks and improve to 2-2. They’ll be back at home tomorrow afternoon, hosting Rushville for a 4:30 match.  

Bomber Softball completed a convincing shutout against West Prairie yesterday afternoon, giving up no points to the Cyclones for a 5-0 win. They’re in Ipava tomorrow for a road game against South Fulton starting at 4:30.

Bomber Boys Tennis opened their season at home yesterday, falling in a tough match to Rock Island Alleman 6-3.

Bomber Girls Soccer got the win at home Tuesday afternoon, shutting out Olympia 8-0 after massive performances from Kylie Robinson and Kate Stortzum who scored 3 and 4 points each, respectively. They’ll be looking to carry this energy into their next game, which is another home game – this time, against Orion on Saturday morning starting at 11.
