Kewanee Girls Track Takes Second Place at BV Invitational, Announces Schedule Changes

The Kewanee Girls Track team took second place at the BV Invitational, second only to Fulton in the team competition. Among the individual highlights for Kewanee, Nolie Charlet took first place in the 800 meters. Danielle Jo Currier took first place in the Triple Jump and added a third place finish in the 100 meters. Tejhana Amos and Natalee Martin also added top three finishes contributing to Kewanee’s second place finish. Find full results, courtesy of Coach Chad Palm, linked here. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Kewanee High School announced that the Girls Track Team have cancelled a meet against United Township on April 16th and they have added to their schedule as well with a competition on Wednesday, April 10th, in Princeville.
