Amanda Robinson: A Final Pre-Trial is scheduled for May 30, 2024, at 9 AM. Amanda Robinson is charged with Delivery of Meth <5 Grams (Class 2 Felony) and Possession of Meth <5 Grams (Class 3 Felony) for case 2022CF297. Robinson is charged with Delivery of Meth <5 Grams (Class 2 Felony) and Possession of Meth <5 Grams (Class 3 Felony) for case 2022CF321. Robinson is charged with Possession of Meth <5 Grams (Class 3 Felony) for case 2023CF151.
Christopher Woodruff: Christopher Woodruff remains in custody on a $250,000 (10%) bond. Woodruff wants to hire a private attorney. A Final Pre-Trial is scheduled for May 20, 2024, at 9 AM. Christopher Woodruff is charged with three (3) counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault/Victim under 13 (Class X Felony).
Tom Ainley: A Final Pre-Trial is scheduled for May 20, 2024, at 9 AM. Ainley is charged with Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+ (Class 3 Felony), Domestic Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor), Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm (Class A Misdemeanor) and Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor).
Preliminary Hearings
Austin Morrison: Austin Morrison remains in the custody of the Henry County Jail. Count 1 was dismissed for case 2024CF94. The remaining two charges are misdemeanors and will follow the new case, 2024CF103. On April 8, 2024, Morrison and RW met with an OSPS officer in her office prior to his Preliminary Hearing. Morrison was ordered to wear a GPS monitor as part of his pretrial release conditions for 24CF94. Morrison’s GPS monitor was not charged, and as the OSPS officer was addressing the issue, when Morrison kicked RW in the leg. Multiple law enforcement officials arrived to secure Morrison. Morrison pulled away from a deputy as the deputy was attempting to handcuff him and then threw the GPS monitor charging cable at the deputy. The deputy was injured as a result of the altercation and was taken to the hospital. Multiple law enforcement members were able to secure Morrison as he actively resisted arrest. The Petition to Deny Pretrial Release was granted. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for May 23, 2024, at 9 AM. Morrison is charged with Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony), Resisting (Class 4 Felony), and Domestic Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF103. Morrison is charged with Domestic Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) and Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF94. Count one for Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle (Class 2 Felony) was dismissed.
Joshua Sloan: Joshua Sloan was found fit to stand trial. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for May 23, 2024, at 9 AM. Joshua Sloan is charged with Resisting with Injury (Class 2 Felony), Resisting (Class 4 Felony), Public Indecency (Class A Misdemeanor), and Resisting a Peace Officer (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF358. Sloan is charged with Aggravated Battery of a Nurse (Class 3 Felony) for case 2024CF20. Sloan is charged with Resisting Correctional Office (Class 4 Felony), Attempt to Disarm Correctional Officer (Class 2 Felony), and five counts of Obstructing (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF23. Sloan is charged with Aggravated Assault of a Correctional Officer (Class 4 Felony) and Aggravated Assault/Public Place (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF64.
