In a heartwarming display of community and corporate collaboration, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office is celebrating a significant upgrade in protective gear for one of their hardest workers, Brenna, a dedicated police dog. Thanks to a charitable contribution from Spikes Canine Fund, Brenna is now equipped with a new ballistic vest and a medical kit tailored to her needs. Furthermore, in a joint effort with Protection 4 Paws, Brenna’s patrol vehicle has been fitted with an advanced heat detection system. This gesture comes as a timely replacement for Brenna’s old vest, ensuring her safety as she continues her vital role in law enforcement.
