In Peoria, Illinois, a deeply troubling case of suspected animal abuse is currently unfolding after local authorities were alerted to concerning conditions in a residence on the 1800 block of N. Peoria Ave. Three men, Paul Lambert, John Lambert, and Adrian Cervantez, were taken into custody following the discovery of more than 30 cats in their home, some of which were tragically found deceased.
