In Peoria Heights, an 18-year-old named Brailen R. Moore faces serious charges following a Sunday evening altercation at Beck Gas Station. Charged with Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm and Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Moore will remain in detention until his trial. The incident unfolded around 5:45 pm, when Moore reportedly fired nine shots from a vehicle during a disagreement at the gas station’s pump, striking another vehicle multiple times. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact Detective Jodie Brackney to assist in the ongoing investigation.
