15th Annual Bishop Hill Honor Flight Fundraiser on June 15, 2024

The 15th annual Bishop Hill Honor Flight Benefit will take place on June 15, 2024, at the Colony School from 11 AM to 4 PM. This event will feature a pulled pork lunch, bluegrass music, a live auction, and raffles, with all proceeds benefiting the Honor Flight of the Quad Cities. Opportunities to volunteer or donate are available by contacting the event organizers directly. The community has raised more than $160,00 for the Quad Cities Chapter of the Honor Flight Network since the beginning of the benefit.

Area veterans will be provided with a free trip to Washington, D.C., to visit their memorial, with priority given to survivors of World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and any veteran with a terminal illness. Honor Flight Quad Cities operates on donations from organizations and individuals.

H.WYATT will be open on Friday with a special pay-what-you-can treat and will also match donations up to $300. Krans Cafe will offer a pay-what-you-can Honor Flight Scoop on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They will also match donations up to $300. The Colony Inn will have Trivia Night on Friday, June 14th, at 6:30 PM. All proceeds will go to Bishop Hill Honor Flight. The Filling Station will have a pay-what-you-can Honor Flight Breakfast Buffet on Saturday, June 15 from 7 to 10 AM.

They are accepting monetary donations and donations for the raffle and live auction.
