In a concerning development out of Galesburg, authorities are intensifying efforts to locate 66-year-old Phillip Allison, who was reported missing earlier this week. Last spotted heading south on Knox County Highway 78, Allison was driving a black 2020 Chrysler Voyager, identifiable by its Illinois license plate “TAZZ57”. Described as a six-foot-tall white male with brown hair and green eyes, he was seen wearing glasses, a green and gray Army t-shirt, and gray pants. Police underscore the urgency of the search, noting that Allison’s medical condition critically compromises his safety.
