In Kewanee this Saturday, the VFW Post 8078 is set to host a significant gathering as part of the 2nd annual Banding4Benefits Poker Run. Opening its doors at noon, the post invites local veterans to join in and welcome the riders, including organizer Matt Kershner, arriving around 12:30 PM. The event, aimed at supporting five VFWs, continues with stops at Orion and concludes at the East Moline VFW. Attendees can purchase koozies for $5 and raffle tickets for $10.
