On 6/28/2024 at 1:55 pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of 1619 Bloomington ST. (Bruce TWP) Charles Rogers (64) of Streator was cited for no seatbelt when required and arrested for DWLS. He was transported to LASCO jail and later released with a NTA.
