On 7/18/2024 at 12:43 pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 18 & E 6th RD. (Richland TWP) Amanda Bellott (49) of Bloomington, IL was cited for speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone.
On 7/18/2024 at 1:27 pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 18 & E 12th RD. (Eagle TWP) Keith Gullens (34) of Streator was cited for obstructed front windshield (tint). His passenger Daniel Kelly (38) of Streator was arrested for 2 FTA retail theft and FTA DWLS LaSalle County warrants. FTA retail theft Will County warrant and 2 retail theft Grundy County warrants. He was transported to LASCO jail.
