On 8/17/2024 at 12:12 am LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 23 & N 35th RD. (Dayton TWP) Eric Spencer (46) of Lockport, IL was arrested for speeding 103 mph in a 55 mph zone and DUI alcohol. He was transported to LASCO jail and later released with a NTA.
