74-year-old Constance Dorthay was cited for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident after being involved in a traffic crash on E Lefevre Rd. 29-year-old Jarrie D. Kinison was arrested 3:47 PM, facing multiple failure-to-appear warrants from Lee County. Kinison was detained in WHCO Jail, with further proceedings pending.
