The Sterling Police Department would like to invite the public to attend our 5th annual Curls with Cops Community Event that is taking place on Saturday, October 19th, from 8 AM–10 AM. The event, which is hosted by Sergeant Shane Bland, will provide in–depth information on workouts and nutritional advice for how our officers stay in–shape for duty.
After the in- formational session, please stay for an interactive workout with some of our officers! The event will take place at the Challand Middle School Athletic Center located at 1700 6th Avenue in Sterling.
