Juan M. Exinia Jr, age 47, of Harlington, Texas, was arrested in the 400 block of South Galena Avenue on October, 17th, at 12:04 AM for Speeding over the Statutory Limit, Disregarding a Traffic Light, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol BAC 08. Exinia was released with a mandatory court appearance.
Noah D. Kjos, age 38, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 500 block of West Second Street on October 16th, at 6:21 PM for a Lee County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Kjos posted bond and was released with a pending court appearance.
Amanda Rumley, age 36, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested at the Dixon Police Department on October 16th, at 1:30 p.m., for Violation of a Stalking No
Contact Order of Protection. Amanda was transported to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
