The McDonough County Community Foundation (MCCF) announced a donation from Pat Coker to support the McDonough County Special Recreation Association (MCSRA),
“Matthew’s Special Recreation Fund” at the City Hall Community Room, in Macomb Il. The endowment of $10,000 will provide yearly proceeds to support MCSRA. MCCF chair, Scott Coker, said “The Foundation is very glad to be a part of a gift that will help this great cause.”
“The MCSRA is very appreciative for this generous gift to support our program, and for the amazing support we receive from the community. We could not do what we do without the support of our Macomb community. Thank you!” stated Annalise Gately, MCSRA program supervisor.
Pat Coker, who funded the endowment said, “I’m glad that I am able to help the program that has helped my grandson Matthew so much.”
