Edgar Donato, age 29, of Sterling, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of South Peoria Avenue on October, 25th, at 3:57 p.m., for a Lee County Warrant for
Failure to Appear Contempt of Court. Donato was released with a mandatory court appearance.
Keith Tindell, age 44, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue on October 21st, at 9:10 a.m. for a Lee County for
Violation of a Court Order, and two counts of Violating an Order of Protection. Tindell was taken to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
