Orion High School’s standout student, Evelyn Wilbur, recently stepped into the role of a Page for a Day in the Illinois House of Representatives, taking part in the state’s legislative process. Accompanied by State Representative Dan Swanson, Evelyn explored the inner workings of governance at the State Capitol. A scholar with a 4.0 GPA, Evelyn is involved in a plethora of extracurricular activities, ranging from sports like golf to leadership roles in student council and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Her commitment extends into her community, where she contributes significantly to local food pantries and the American Legion Auxiliary.
