On 11/27/2024 at 11:50 pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 18 & E 9th RD. (Richland TWP) Rosco Blackman (31) of Streator was cited for speeding 105 mph in a 55 mph zone and released with a NTA.
On 11/28/2024 at 10:20 pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 18 & E 9th RD. (Richland TWP) Jose Buitrago (35) of Streator was arrested for no valid DL, uninsured motor vehicle and speeding 100 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was transported to LASCO jail and later released with a NTA.
