On 12/8/2024 at 4:17 am LaSalle County Deputies investigated a single vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of E 1553rd RD & N 42ndRD. (Earl TWP) Amanda Farley (38) of Earlville was driving northwest on E 1553rd RD when she was on her cell phone and approaching a curve. Her vehicle left the roadway and entered the east ditch causing damage to her vehicle. Amanda was cited for failure to remain on scene/vehicle damage accident, failure to report, failure to reduce speed/accident, improper lane usage, unlawful use of electronic communication device, illegal transportation of alcohol and expired registration. She was released with a NTA.
