On February 6th, at approximately 10:45pm., Morrison Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Portland Avenue. Morrison Police ultimately arrested the driver, Tiffney N. Widener, 33, Clinton, IA, for failure to appear on a Whiteside County Warrant. Widener was also cited for no valid registration. Widener was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail.
