David A. Hill, age 42, of Tampico, Illinois, was arrested in the 1800 block of South Galena Avenue on March 16th, at 8:18 p.m. for Unlawful Possession of
a Stolen Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hill was processed and released with a mandatory court
appearance.
Kathleen A. Berning, age 44, of Sterling, Illinois, was arrested in the 1200 block of Palmyra Street on March 16th, at 1:27 a.m., for Driving Under the Combined Influence of Alcohol and Other Drugs, Expired Registration, and Improper Traffic Lane Usage. Berning was processed and released with a pending court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
