Illinois Valley Community College proudly hosts its 30th annual MIMIC Fair, celebrating creativity and innovation on April 16, 2025. This year’s theme, “Gardening & Gaming,” highlights unique student creations, including a sunflower-shaped lamp with a secret compartment and an inventive puzzle-solving game. The fair, situated in the campus cafeteria, offers a blend of practicality and entertainment with various items available for purchase. This event not only showcases the talents of computer-aided design students but also serves as an engaging platform for exploring emerging trends in creative design. Community members are encouraged to attend and support the ingenuity on display. The one-day fair will be set up from 9 AM to 2 PM in the college cafeteria. It is open to the public, and products are available for purchase.
