On March 27th, the McDonough County States Attorney’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Jamil A. Purnell for the offense of Aggravated Kidnapping. On Wednesday, April 23rd, the U.S. Marshals Service located Purnell after an extensive investigation. Purnell was subsequently taken into custody.
