The Texas Longhorns remained No. 1 in the nation in the D1Baseball Top 25 on Monday after completing a sweep over rival Texas A&M.

Texas (37-5) improved to 19-2 in the SEC, where the Longhorns now holed a five-game lead over Arkansas and LSU, which are tied for second place in the conference.

Meanwhile, the rest of the top 10 was completely shuffled.

LSU rose five spots to No. 2 in the nation with each of the five teams behind Texas losing their series over the weekend. The Tigers managed to win their series against Tennessee, with Clemson dropping one spot after getting swept at NC State. The the defending champion Volunteers fell out of the top 10 for the first time all season.

North Carolina and Florida State round out the top five. They are followed by Oregon, which vaulted seven spots courtesy of the Ducks’ sweep at home over rival Oregon State. That sent the Beavers down four spots to No. 7.

UC Irvine, Georgia and Auburn complete the top 10.

The biggest move of the week was made by NC State, which swept Clemson to climb 12 spots to No. 13. Re-entering the rankings this week was Kansas at No. 25 thanks to a sweep of Georgia Tech, with the Yellow Jackets falling out of the rankings.
