On 05-01-25 at 5:22 PM, LaSalle County Deputies conducted a Traffic Stop in the area of N 38th RD & IL Rt-251 (Troy GroveTWP). Christian Mbouanga Ngwa (35) of Peru was cited for speeding 68 MPH in a 55 MPH zone and released at the scene.
On 05-02-25 at 3:36 AM, LaSalle County Deputies conducted a Traffic Stop in the area of IL Rt-18 & E 14th RD (RichlandTWP). Chelsy Wheatley (21) of Mount Olive was cited speeding 68 MPH in a 55 MPH zone and released at the scene.
On 05-02-25 at 9:00 AM, LaSalle County Deputies investigated a disturbance in the area of 707 E. Etna RD (Dayton TWP). Arron Atwood (29) of Godley was arrested for unlawful failure of Sex Offender’s duty to register, violation of Pretrial Release Conditions, and a Grundy County warrant FTA – unlawful failure to register as a sex offender. Arron was transferred to LASCO Jail and subsequently release with an NTA.
On 05-02-25 at 7:43 PM, LaSalle County Deputies conducted a Traffic Stop in the area of IL Rt-23 & N 18th RD (Bruce TWP). Irina Allison (47) of Marseilles was cited for operate uninsured motor vehicle, given a written warning for speeding, and released at the scene.
