The male juvenile was processed, given a court date, and released to the custody of his parents.
Rafael R. Duarte Gomez, age 35, of Harvey, Illinois, was arrested on West First Street near South Peoria Avenue on May 10th, at 9:00 p.m., for Driving
Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol / BAC 0.08, Driving the Wrong Way on a One-Way Road, and Unlawful Transportation
of Alcohol. Duarte Gomez was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
Falecia A. Smith, age 47, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of South Peoria Avenue on May 9th, at 7:50 p.m., for a Failure to Appear / Order of
Commitment Warrant. Smith provided the required bond and was released with a new court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
