Mark your calendars for the vaccination clinic at the McDonough County Health Department on July 16! ALSO, don’t delay to schedule a physical examination with your doctor as appointments fill up fast
Students entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th grade, and 9th grade, as well as any student new to the state of Illinois, are required to submit a ๐ฉ๐ก๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐ž๐ฑ๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ซ๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ฏ๐š๐œ๐œ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ by the first day of school.
๐๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ž ๐ง๐จ๐ญ๐ž: If these documents are not submitted by the first day of school, your child will not be allowed to attend until the required paperwork is turned in.
