(The Center Square) – In today’s edition of Illinois in Focus Daily, The Center Square Editor Greg Bishop shares a conversation with state Rep. Steven Reick, R-Woodstock, about the plan to set aside $75 million for Tier 2 pensioners and what he says is the real fix to Illinois’ pension problems.

Bishop also delves into the approved Chicago city ordinance for a curfew and Mayor Brandon Johnson’s promise to veto the ordinance. Alderman who supported the measure said allowing for a snap curfew would allow another tool for police to get control of unruly teen takeovers.
