On Sunday, June 29th, Whiteside County deputies made three unrelated arrests involving individuals with outstanding warrants:
At approximately 2:00 p.m., deputies were dispatched to 1706 E. Rock Falls Road in rural Rock Falls for an unrelated call for service. While on scene, deputies made contact with Karrie Kinison of Rock Falls, IL, and discovered she had an active warrant issued by Ogle County, IL. Kinison was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Ogle County Jail, where she is being held pending a court appearance.
At approximately 4:34 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Illinois Route 84 near Lock Road for a speeding violation. During the stop, dispatch advised that the vehicle’s registered owner, Kayla Baity of Clinton, Iowa, had an active warrant out of Carroll County, IL. Baity, who was a passenger in the vehicle at the time, was arrested and later turned over to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office. Whiteside County deputies were assisted by the Fulton Police Department.
At approximately 5:48 p.m., deputies received information that William Clark of Rock Falls, was at McDonald’s in Rock Falls. Deputies were aware that Clark was wanted on an outstanding drug warrant from Ogle County. Deputies contacted Clark at McDonald’s and arrested him without incident. He was later turned over to Ogle County deputies and held at their facility pending a court appearance. Whiteside County deputies were assisted by the Rock Falls Police Department.
