The Healing Haven club with Brandee and Abby is opening its doors for widows and widowers, offering a supportive community through monthly gatherings. Held in the inviting party room of Curl Studio at 218 West Second Street, the event takes place on the second Tuesday of each month, from 4 to 5 PM. Beginning August 12th, attendees can look forward to crafts, puzzles, games, and light refreshments. This initiative, hosted by Golnick-Schueneman Funeral Home alongside The Curl Studio, aims to foster connection and comfort for those navigating loss. “Our vision for the group is to be a place where people can be around other widows/widowers and have a good time. We plan on having games, movies, crafts, and more.” Whether seeking companionship or just a friendly face, participants are encouraged to join in and explore new friendships in a warm environment.
