Golfers and fans are preparing for the 81st annual Men’s and 52nd Women’s Kewanee Park District Labor Day Golf Tournaments, set to run from August 25th through September 1st at Baker Park Golf Course in Kewanee. Organizers have announced separate entry fees for members and non-members, encouraging wide participation across the region. The tournament remains a community favorite, drawing both seasoned and amateur players. The entry fee for the men’s tournament is $55 for season pass holders or $100 for non-members. The entry fee for the women’s 52nd annual tournament is $30 for season pass holders or $50 for non-members. The men’s tournament is 36 holes, 60 prizes in six flights, a $4,800 purse on 250 entries, and cart and green fees included. The women’s tournament is 18 holes, with a $1,265 purse on 70 entries, and cart and green fees are included.
