(Reuters) -U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday he is considering recommending that a Republican Party national convention be held before the midterm elections next year.
“The Republican Party is doing really well… In that light, I am thinking of recommending a National Convention to the Republican Party, just prior to the Midterms,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social.
