Their efforts have streamlined operations and raised standards for applicants and license holders statewide. The Council praised the licensing team’s dedication to innovation and commitment to public safety, noting that these advancements serve as a model for regulatory agencies nationwide. Director Lindsay expressed pride in her team’s achievements and their continued focus on efficient, service-oriented regulation.
