Pet owners are invited to bring their pups in costume and sign the wall in remembrance of pets who have crossed over. Registration is from 11:30 to 12:30, with the main event at 1 PM. Entry requires a $20 donation, and all proceeds will assist senior, veteran, and disabled pet owners in providing care for their beloved animals. Costumed pups of all shapes and sizes are welcome to join in the festivities.
