TOKYO (Reuters) -Japan’s two biggest political parties, the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and Constitutional Democratic Party (CDP) reached a broad agreement to hold a parliamentary vote to select the next prime minister on Oct. 21, Kyodo News reported on Friday.
