(Reuters) – Canada’s main stock index opened flat on Monday with sliding precious metals prices offsetting potential gains from improving U.S.-China trade relations.
At 9:31 a.m. ET (1331 GMT), Toronto’s S&P/TSX composite index was down 0.07% at 30,329.54 points.
