    Portions of north central and northwest Illinois and east central and southeast Iowa.

    IMPACTS
    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
    Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills inside.

Tiesha M. Pitchford, age 41, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1200 block of West 7 th Street on November 3rd, at 7:07 PM., for a Lee County Failure to
Appear Warrant and Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Pitchford was transported to the Lee County Jail.

Christopher R. Gillentine, age 20, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue on November 3rd, at 1:30 p.m., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant for a Traffic Offense. Gillentine was processed and released with a pending court date.

A male juvenile, age 14, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested for Retail Theft in the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue on November 2nd, at 08:50 p.m. The
juvenile was processed and released to his guardians.
