Matthew C. Rummels, age 31, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of East Ninth Street on December 18th, at 1:37 AM., for Driving While License Suspended. Rummels was issued a citation and was released with a court date.
Kaine A. Stone, age 21, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 800 block of East Graham Street on December 17th, at 10:17 PM, for Aggravated Domestic Battery and Domestic Battery. Stone was transported to the Lee County Jail.
A male juvenile, age 16, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested for a Lee County warrant in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue on December 17th, at 4:00 p.m. The juvenile was transported to Kane County Juvenile Center for detention.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
