Rock Falls Tourism would like to announce the winners of the Winter Wonderland Business Window Decorating Contest and the House Decorating Contest, both held here in Rock Falls.
We had 10 participants in the Business Window Decorating Contest and 10 participants in the House Decorating Contest, making this year’s competition especially festive.
