Whitney Shumaker, age 37, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1300 block of West 7th Street on January 13th, at 9:48 PM., for a Lee County Failure to
Appear Warrant. Shumaker was transported to the Lee County Jail.
Darrin S. Schrimpf, age 34, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1000 block of West Third Street on January 14th, at 11:03 AM., for Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia and a Warrant out of Lee County for Possession of Drugs. Schrimpf was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
Brittany R. Rumph, age 30, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1000 block of West Third Street on January 14th, at 11:03 AM., for Unlawful Possession of
a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Rumph was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
