A 20-year-old Morrison man, Andre McQueen, has pleaded not guilty to multiple felony and misdemeanor charges in Whiteside County Circuit Court. The charges stem from a January 1st incident where McQueen is accused of aggravated domestic battery, strangulation, and stealing a vehicle reportedly valued between $10,000 and $100,000.
Authorities allege McQueen assaulted a woman, leaving her with injuries to her face and body, before taking her car. He faces several Class 2 felony counts as well as two misdemeanor charges of domestic battery causing bodily harm. The court proceedings will continue as the investigation continues.
