Memorial Hospital is celebrating American Heart Month with a special cooking class designed to inspire heart-healthy eating. “Balanced Bites: Flavorful Foods for Heart Health” will take place on Wednesday, February 18th, at 10:30 AM in the hospital’s Health & Wellness Teaching Kitchen. Registered Dietitian Jennifer Soucie and Diabetes Services Director Kayce Fuhrman will lead participants in preparing Mediterranean-inspired dishes while sharing practical tips for supporting heart wellness at home.
