Michael L.A. Wallace, age 26, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 700 block of Grant Avenue on January 28th, at 10:32 AM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Wallace was transported to the Lee County Jail.
Johny Payne, age 33, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1500 block of South Galena Avenue on January 28th, at 4:00 PM., for an Lee County Failute to Appear/Contempt Warrant. Payne posted bond and was released with a court date.
Michael J. Nagy, age 46, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the unit block of SouthHennepin Avenue on January 28th , at 9:24 PM., for Driving While Under the Influence Of Alcohol Ordinance, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Improper Turn Signal, and Disregarding a Stop Sign. Nagy was released with a pending court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
